Someone said, "I cried when I had no shoes, but I stopped crying when I saw a man without legs."
Life is full of blessings; it's just that we are not thankful for it. Nature is the best teacher that teaches us to be thankful. Being grateful is a noble trait. When we are thankful, there is little to crib. We would forget the minute difficulties and rather be joyful about the myriad blessings we experience every moment.
When I rise to the alarm every morning, I realize that the dawn of the day is a blessing many weren't fortunate to receive. Walking about, doing my chores, I am reminded of the fact that my body is just perfect without a glitch. As the day progresses and I retire to bed, I am reminded of the song "Count your many blessings name them one by one, and it will surprise you what the Lord has done."
